Andrew brings over two decades of direct experience building and operating a global LED manufacturer across four continents, from product development and supply chain to brand and commercial execution. Catherine focuses on ensuring portfolio companies connect with next-generation affluent audiences, where purchasing decisions are shaped by transparency, sustainability and authentic brand engagement.
Andrew Johnson founded Aurora Lighting in 1999 and, together with the team he built over two decades, grew the company into a vertically integrated global LED manufacturer with operations across four continents, generating over $2 billion in cumulative revenues. That track record, spanning product development, global manufacturing, brand architecture and multi-geography commercial leadership, is the operational foundation Sagee Capital applies to every venture.
The Johnson family has invested across five continents since the 1950s, consistently backing defensible enterprises at genuine technological inflection points.
